DELIVERY & RETURNS
- Delivery is available to eligible locations for a fee based on distance.
- Local pickup is required unless delivery fee is paid for and unit/s must be picked up within 7 (seven) days.
- Please note, some locations may not be eligible or listed on the website, call us for questions on radius.
- Distance and location are subject to change, and we will confirm this with you when we call to schedule delivery.
- Service area is a 30-mile radius from the store, anything outside this radius is considered an in-shop warranty only. Products outside radius must be brought back into our shop by the customer for repair.
- $1.75 per mile charge on deliveries & service calls outside of the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho metro area.
- We charge an extra $30 for up stairs delivery.
- We charge an extra $30 for stacking appliances.
- Appliances are AS-IS cosmetically.
- 14-day return policy, product must be returned complete and undamaged, delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Delivery & Service diagnostic fees are non-refundable once diagnosis or trip is complete.
- Lightning/power surges, acts of God, infestations of any kind, &/or physical damage not covered, and void your warranty.
- New delivery fee applies to all returns/exchanges requiring pickup from us.
- $20.00 COVID cleaning fee on all returns/exchanges.
- $20.00 charge for door removal on refrigerators and or homes.
- Service and delivery rates vary by zip code.
- Door reversals on refrigerators (when applicable) will be an extra $20.00

- Our 90-day warranty covers single family home use only, appliances (excluding refrigerators and freezers) used in a business or assisted living facilities are commercial use and will only come with a 30-day warranty.
- Refunds will be issued back to you in the same form of payment that you paid with originally.
- Shipping costs on returned parts will be paid by the purchaser.
- New Electronic parts may not be returned if the box has been opened and or the part has been installed.
